Depression is a major problem for a lot of people. Over 300 million people worldwide are currently suffering from depression. And about 15% of all adults will experience depression at some point during their lives.  

The current global antidepressant drug market is valued at between 14 and 15 billion dollars. 

But you may not need expensive medication to treat your depression. Some forms of depression are completely treatable by focusing on things such as improved nutrition, rest, and enhanced spiritual connection, and a little reframing of your thoughts.

This PDF printable serves as a useful tool for those who would prefer to take the natural (although not always the quickest) way to treating depression. This is a list of 10 things you can do every day to improve your spiritual, physical, and thought lives. Try it for a week, and see if it doesn't help relieve your depression. 

This chart was created as a homework assignment for a biblical counseling training course I am currently going through. The instructor was so impressed with it, she wanted to share it with future students as an example of good work. I thought it might help some other people too, so I'm sharing it here.
